SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY:

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to us within 14 days of the delivery date with a completed return slip and we will happily provide you with an exchange or store credit. No refunds. All clothing merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or return if merchandise is not in a condition suitable for resale. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid. We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a Moms Do It Better E-Gift Card for use of future purchases on www.MomsDoItBetter.com. E-Gift Cards never expire! 

 

To ensure that you receive shipment within the time frame please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact delivery carrier directly. We do not issue refunds or credit for packages that carrier confirms as being delivered.


Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping cost is customer responsibility. Moms Do It Better does not provide shipping labels.
